After reading reviews I was very nervous about my gucci order as it was a gift. However, the lady called Eleonora on live chat was very helpful and the item was shipped after a week (it was new years so I understand the delay) it was shipped from Italy LAST NIGHT and I got it at 2.30pm TODAY!! DHL express was super fast! Thank you so much it came gift wrapped with the personalised note!

I managed to get help during the lockdown to purchase a shoulder bag. Pam from Heathrow Terminal 5 sent photos of bags and price tags. I was sent link to purchase and pay. Got my email receipt and someone waited just for me to turn up on Tuesday 1 December to hand me my purchase along with gift notebook.

I had previously bought a bag from outlet in Florence and the Tony skin or whatever it was had worn. It did take a while to get through to their customer service and got the help of a friend. When I did finally get through and brought my bag to shop, luckily it did not take too long for them to come back to me and say it was a fault and offered me refund and gave me value of what I would have paid here. So ended up with refund more than I had paid. I got a voucher, although they told me I could only use it in certain shops. This was not true, as I used it at the airport.

So luckily for me thus far good service.

I purchased a belt few months ago along with a volute from their online store. The volute is very good even after few months but I found that the belt was becoming very scuffed with the coloring coming off even though I was very careful with it and always stored it in the bag.
