I had to return something I bought from Gucci and thought the refund was going to take forever. To be fair, once they got the item back, the money was back in my account within a few days, so that part was really smooth. I didn’t have to chase anyone or send a bunch of emails, which I appreciated. That said, dealing with a return is still a hassle, so I was kind of expecting maybe a small credit or some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall though, the refund process itself was fast and easy
